Our History

The Town & Country Motel:

The Town and Country Motel  was owned and  operated on this site for 50 years by four  different owners. First, the Phoenix family, next the O'Briens, the Snyder's and finally the Diemer's.

They  successfully ran the motel until 2005.

After careful consideration they decided to change the use to a commercial building and  residential suites. The two buildings were modeled after the Diemer's  historic, 1877, Italianate Victorian home.

Our Mission is Simple:

We want to build a long term relationship that leaves you happy and fulfilled with your lifestyle choice of Clock Tower Square. Our goal is to have you be so satisfied that you will not want to leave.

Mike and Jill Diemer been landlords since 1996. They privately own and operate all of their rental units.

As owner/operators, they understand the needs of their residents and are able to provide them with excellent, local service, 24 hours a day.

Many residents have been with the Diemers for 5 years or more.  Most residents only leave Clock Tower when they have received  an out of state employment opportunity/ transfer.

Once you live at Clock Tower, you become like family and it can be hard to leave.

Our 2 and 3 bedroom rentals are located just off I-89 at exit 13, Rte 7 North. We are 2 miles to the heart of downtown Burlington, yet within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hair salons. We are on the Bus-line and it takes approximately 8 minutes via the bus to get to Church St Marketplace.

Convenient Location

Beautiful, tranquil building    with only 14 suites.
